Never. Every change waits on a confirmation card that you can edit first. If there's a clash, the button says so (“Assign anyway”). After you confirm, you can still undo.
Yes. You can type in English or Bahasa Melayu — “siapa free esok pagi?” or “kerja baru untuk Siti esok jam 10 pagi” both work. The app's screens are in English for now.
An optional setting that runs a small AI model inside your browser, so the assistant understands more free-form requests. It's a one-time download of about 1.6 GB and works best in Chrome or Edge on a computer. Your messages still stay on your device. Without it, the assistant works on any phone or computer.
